Employment Policy

We, at Robot Control Software Ltd., wants to develop high quality, well designed, reliable and portable software. We know, that the quality of the software depends on the "quality" of programmers working on it. Therefore our most valuable resource is our team of programmers. The Employment Policy is prepared to get and keep the best people.

Programming requires creativity and creative people needs freedom, therefore the working conditions are very flexible and may be different for everybody. The company is interested in two basic condition: the quality of the software and the profit. As long as someone makes good job and earn money for the company, we do not care, if he works at home, or in the office, works at day or night, 2 hours or 16 hours per day.

We force several programmers working on the same project, and we prefer to use English in communication and documentation. Written specification and documentation is always required. The Internet and e-mail is the basic communication media. We are ready to work with someone we met only on the Net, and our server is prepared to support all programmers working at home.

Because of we provide the source code of most of our products, the style of the source code must be consistent. The style of all source code of RCS Ltd. is declared on the Programming Rules page, and the project managment rules on the Project Managment Rules page. We also use a dictionary of all abbreviations used in type and variable names.

Open Positions

There are no strict positions at RCS Ltd. Good programmers and qualified engineers are always welcome. We are looking for people, who will work in our team with pleasure both for himself and us. There are a lot of things to do and we have a lot of projects so we can find something interesting for everybody.
