Brainbox is an educational electronic kit for children ages 7 and up. Brainbox is designed to teach children the principles of electronics with fun. The easy-to-handle components snap together to create up to hundreds of circuits. All wires are secured within the plastic shell so that the kit is safe and easy to operate. The circuits are activated by moisture(water), touch, light, sound, and magnets, resulting in flashing lights, a spinning fan, a flying saucer and a variety of sound effects, etc.

Primary Plus builds upon the skills developed using the primary kit but it could be used in its own right as a stepping-stone to Key Stage 3 and 4 electronics. The kit includes all the components from the Primary Kit and adds extra components such as an AM radio module, a touch sensor, a music module, a light sensitive switch, an amplifier etc. |

The Explorer electronics kit is designed to build upon the skills already learnt and to increase the student's knowledge of the principles of electronics. The kit includes all the components from the Primary and Primary Plus Kits and adds many extra components including an FM radio module, PNP and NPN transistors, a thyristor, 5 resistors and 5 capacitors, a Volt meter, a recording IC, and a 7 segment LED display. |

Sensors and Alarms kit introduces the idea of things being controlled by sensors. Streetlights switch on when it gets dark and switch off again when it gets light. Some cars have windscreen wipers that switch on when it starts raining and switch off when it stops. Washing machine doors will not open while the machine is switched on. |

The Cars and Boats kit coveres Year 6 Design and Technology, Unit 6D 'Controllable Vehicles' together with basic 'Electric Circuits' and a section on 'Alarms & Sensors'. |

The Secondary kit includes 4 bulbs and bulb holders so that the effect of several lamps in series or parallel can be seen. A variable resistor and a digital multi meter are also included. |
