No-one will buy a house holding robot for a small fortune. RoboShop presents modular, cheap, robust, and reliable hardware components with intelligent software solutions. The powerful computers are replaced with clusters of cheap micro-controllers.

You can find many CPU boards with I2C, CAN, USB, or Ethernet interface, low power consumption, and even the most expensive ones cost only a few hundred dollars.
