SIMM-Sys in a nutt-shell

SIMM-Sys is a board and system level development initiative by RCS Ltd. It is an open specification meaning that the concept itself and all the documentation required to develop systems or components using SIMM-Sys are available at no charge. RCS Ltd itself also develops and sells a wide range of products based on this initiative. These products can have a more strict license and have partitially or completly closed design documentation.

The main concept of the project is to develop a versatile, modular and affordable embedded computer plattform. The concept is also very much suitable as platform for prototyping and low-volume product development.
